For private clients as well as foreign customers, we deliver only against payment in advance.
Terms of contract
The terms of contract applied by purchase of goods in the onlineshop of Wameling Paramente,
Elke Temme-Bunse, are the German ones = AGB. The language of contract is German. Both the
place of execution and the relevant jurisdiction are in Paderborn, Germany.
Written orders - Contract
We ask for orders to be made in the onlineshop, or written by post or fax.
A mandatory sales contract between customers and ourselves becomes valid as soon as we have confirmed the order in writing.
Delivery time
The products from the onlineshop Wameling Paramente, Elke Temme-Bunse, are not always available.
Please be careful and ask us regarding the delivery times. The delivery times will be confirmed in writing after order.
Right of withdrawal
The customer can cancel the purchase within 14 days, at the condition that the entire goods, undamaged, are returned to Wameling Paramente exempt of charges. Excepted custom-made products and customization, as well as goods made under order and cut goods. Custom-made products means all paraments (like sleeveless robes, Stole, choir mantel, embroidered Rochets, Ambo- and pulpit-draperies, Chasubles etc.) which are not in our stocks and first made after they have been ordered.
Price
All prices include V.A.T (the current rate is 19%). Errors expected and prices are subject to change on short term without prior notice.
Delivery costs
The goods ordered will be send as assured packets.
Within Germany we can send orders of lower value with small packages or with an envelope.
The postage can vary depending on the size and weight.

Sampling offers
After agreement, sampled offers can be sent inside Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg. The goods sent as sampled offers have to be returned to us undamaged and exempt of charges for us within 10 days. If unwished articles are not returned within 14 days to Wameling Paramente, Elke Temme-Bunse, it will be considered as a promise of purchase. An invoice will be then automatically sent.
Property rights
The goods stay our property until full payment.
Remark concerning colours anomalies
We cannot give any guarantee for colours: the colours from the article represented can vary from the original one, depending on the screen and resolution.
